PrivateStorage is committed to maintaining the security and privacy of its users. To facilitate this, we use an open protocol and develop all our software using free/open source software (FOSS) methodologies. However, despite our best efforts, sometimes vulnerabilities can still exist in our software.
If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, we encourage you to follow whitehat practices and practice responsible disclosure by informing us immediately via email (security@private.storage) or send us an encrypted message using the public key below.
Reports are examined by our team on a case-by-case basis for legitimacy and severity so we can act accordingly. Based on this assessment, we may elect to offer a tangible reward. Please note that we cannot offer a reward to all reports.
We also ask you to be patient with us and to only contact us once about a specific issue. We will contact you if we have any questions about your report or need further information to send you a reward.
If you provide us time to respond to your discovery and do not damage our systems, then we will, of course, not pursue any punitive actions.
